In ordinary circumstances:

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders may require up to 5 business days before dispatch for product handling, quality control, protective packaging, order consolidation and export preparation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next available business day.
TRACKING
Tracking information is sent by email once the order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates may temporarily pause while the parcel is moving between international logistics facilities, undergoing customs clearance or being transferred to a local delivery partner.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Customers must provide a complete and accurate name, delivery address, postal code, telephone number and email address.
Urahara Clothing cannot be held responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect information, failure to respond to the carrier or failure to provide requested documentation.
All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, public holidays, adverse weather, carrier congestion or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
INTERNATIONAL FULFILMENT
Orders are processed through authorised fulfilment facilities in Asia, including Shenzhen and Hong Kong, where products undergo inspection, secure packaging and preparation for international shipping.
