DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS

All Urahara Clothing orders are shipped using delivery services that include applicable import duties and taxes.

This means that:

• shipping is free;
• applicable import duties are included;
• applicable import taxes are included;
• no additional customs payment is ordinarily required upon delivery.

The amount displayed at checkout is the final amount payable for the order.

RARE CUSTOMS EXCEPTIONS

In very rare circumstances, additional charges may arise as a result of:

• changes in customs duties introduced after the order has been placed;
• changes in local tax regulations;
• changes in import thresholds;
• exceptional decisions by local customs authorities;
• new customs requirements introduced while the shipment is in transit.

These circumstances are exceptional and beyond the reasonable control of Urahara Clothing.

Should such an issue occur, the carrier or local customs authorities may contact the recipient directly to request additional information, supporting documentation or payment.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders require up to 5 business days for processing before dispatch.

Processing may include:

• supplier handling;
• transportation to the fulfilment facility;
• product verification;
• garment inspection;
• quality control;
• protective packaging;

• handover to the selected international carrier.

The processing period is separate from the estimated shipping time of 5–9 business days.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

The estimated shipping period of 5–9 business days begins only after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Up to 5 additional business days must therefore be allowed for order processing.

Urahara Clothing manages international orders through a structured fulfilment network selected to provide secure handling, traceability and reliable international transportation.

Orders are dispatched through dedicated logistics facilities in Asia, including fulfilment operations located in Shenzhen and Hong Kong.

These facilities are managed by authorised fulfilment partners responsible for:

• receiving the products;
• garment inspection;
• quality-control procedures;
• secure packaging;
• export documentation;
• customs preparation;
• shipment tracking;
• handover to the selected international carrier.

Depending on product availability and order composition, individual items may require separate handling before final dispatch.

ORDER TRACKING

Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation containing the available tracking information.

Tracking details may require additional time to appear after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

During international transit, tracking may not update continuously while the shipment:

• completes export procedures;
• travels between countries;
• undergoes customs clearance;
• is transferred to the local delivery partner.
