Eligible return requests may be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Before returning any product, contact info@urahara-clothing.com to obtain authorisation and the correct return instructions.

Items must be unworn, except for reasonable indoor fitting, unwashed, unaltered and returned with their original labels, hangtags, accessories and packaging where supplied. For change-of-mind, sizing or preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for tracked return shipping costs. Different provisions apply to defective, damaged, incorrect or materially non-conforming products.

Orders require up to 5 business days for processing before dispatch, followed by an estimated 5–9 business days of shipping. The total estimated delivery timeframe is therefore generally 10–14 business days from order confirmation.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We currently deliver to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Switzerland and the European Union countries listed in our Shipping Policy, excluding Italy.

Urahara Signature Shipping is free for all supported destinations. Applicable import duties and taxes are included, so no additional customs payment is ordinarily required upon delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing the available tracking information.

Tracking details may require additional time to become active. Updates may also pause temporarily while the parcel moves between international logistics facilities, completes customs clearance or is transferred to a local delivery partner.

We accept major credit and debit cards. Klarna may also be available for eligible orders and destinations.
